Good things about this hotel:
Good things about this hotel: - the staff, they are very good and friendly, my room was near where maintenance was going on a was a bit noisy, I asked them and one of the receptionist (Devine) changed my room to a better one, thanks for that - gym is good, need renovation but it has many equipment - room is specious - cleaners are good - The bar is great

I would return if I am back in Manado again.
Clean and modern with good size room. Nice pool though I never used it. Breakfast was good with a good range of food choices. Staff were cheerful and helpful.

Much less than expected.
The staff was helpful and smiling. That was nice.
No hot water,not clean enough,very tired towels and plates. No spa facilities as mentioned. Missed wake up call. Disaster.

The corner suite was wonderful!
The corner suite was wonderful! Very spacious, with a study area, waiting area, two toilets, two sinks in bathroom, extra large and extra comfortable bed and the best view of Manado one could wish for. Staff are very helpful and attentive to details. Breakfast selection is good!
Hot water took a while to run. Service charge is added to bill whether you order food to your room or have it in the restaurant. Some rooms nearby allocated a group of people which resulted in noisy evenings outside our room.
